Originally built c1739 (initially two rooms built "one-over-one") known as the Thomas Cory Brown House, this home was expanded over the years in the 1840's and again in the early 1900's to create gracious living spaces loaded with charm and character. The generously proportioned fireplaced Living Room framed by wainscoted walls and Dining Room with fireplace and beamed ceiling are complemented by a generous kitchen with dual butler pantries as well as a spacious library and elegant, brick floored Solarium. The large barn speaks to the farming history of this property while the three-car garage converted from a prior carriage house creates the foundation for guest space/recreation opportunities. Explore the surrounding 3.61 acres of land abutting town trails and conservation land. A potential property for horse lovers or for those who love history and the connection to Lincoln's past. Ideally located on one of Lincoln's coveted country roads near the library and major commuting routes
