Meet Deb

For Deb Burke, every real estate transaction is a new adventure. As a dedicated agent on the Concord scene, Deb pairs unrivaled expertise, creativity, and compassion to help every client sell for the best price or find a new place to call home.
Ever since she can remember, the concept of hospitality has been a cornerstone of Deb’s life. Forever passionate about people, she launched her career working at the Ritz-Carlton in Boston before relocating to Colorado to run a 200-room hotel at the base of Aspen Mountain. After moving back home, Deb decided to flex her entrepreneurial instincts by starting Sew Perfect, a business designed to help people reimagine and revive the spaces in their homes. Soon enough, agents began turning to Deb for her assistance staging listings, which piqued her interest in an entirely new yet related field: residential real estate. Fusing her eye for design, service-driven approach, and local knowledge, real estate has since proven to be the perfect fit — both for Deb and the clients she serves.
Known today by clients and colleagues as “the friendly neighborhood Realtor,” Deb connects every buyer or seller with a full-service, personalized experience rooted in relationships and results. A 25+ year resident of the greater Concord area, Deb knows the Middlesex region like the back of her hand and she loves nothing more than helping clients discover what makes the community such a special place to call home. At the end of the day, Deb recognizes that buying or selling a home is a momentous and life-changing event. That’s why she goes above and beyond to be the Realtor her clients can always count on, creating smooth, enjoyable experiences along the way.
When she’s not working for her clients, Deb will seize any opportunity to get outdoors. You might find her downhill skiing, playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, or spending time with her 2 sons, family, and friends.
